Hi, I heard this song on a video game music video, the only clue I have to what it could be named is the korean character name -

I recorded a sample of it, in case someone can possibly ID it from already knowing, please excuse the background sounds from the other audio in the video.

his name is Kim Sarang and he's a solo artist. I only know one of his songs called "comfort" or "위로". His songs are pretty mellow but he's not that popular. hope that helps

Kim Sa Rang is the artist, below it (in the picture you provided) I'm not completely positive what it says but I do know the second character reads as "Choi", and I believe the first one is "Mu" but I'm not too sure on that one.
