I was just wondering, if someone Jogs on the treadmill for one hour, uses the Row machine for half an hour and does ab work for half an hour twice a week ( Tuesday and Thursday) and does Power Yoga Mondays and Wednesdays.
how long would it take to see results?
6 months? 1 year?

I don't know 100%, but I think 6 months.
My friend did alot less than that and she got (small) results after 2 months.

Okay, I didn't even do 1/4 of what you mentioned and I saw results in about 2-3 months. If I did that, I'd probably be hella fit by now.

Diet is actually the biggest part in loosing weight and then exercise contributes, but exercise also helps firm the skin from loosing weight.
