To me, I have the same problem! It sucks. Lolz I tried to do lounges and stuff, it seems like its making my muscles in my thighs bigger, but the fat is still there X_X. I feel a little bit better wearing my jeans though but when I stepped ont he scale, my weight is higher, i think its because of the muscle weight. I dont know a solution, but I just wanted to share my problems too =]

are they flabby or just naturally thick?

if theyre flabby why dont you go bike riding or do spin at the gym. you get should get good results in like a few days.
i used to do it for an hour a day and my thighs became firmer and my tummy got toned too smile.gif

make sure you eat healthy and drink plenty of water as well! ^^

You should go to the gym oftenly. Going to the the gym helps me a lot. And drinking plently of water helps you a lot. Believe me. smile.gif

people (girls specially) tend to store fat in the thighs. Actually, girls tend to accumulate fat in the thighs first before anywhere else in the body. Guys, on the other hand, accumulate first in the mid section. If you want to make your thighs thin, just do at least 30 minutes of cardio daily, eat breakfast and light meals.

Mine's flabby :S
I do yoga and pilates. They do help me but I think its taking forever to get toned, although I do Y&P everyday for an hour.

You can do lots of different workouts that'll help. Cardio, spinning, possibly even circuit training will probably help.
Overall weight loss will help get them smaller, it worked for me.
