Ugly, Fat, Etc. Remarks SELF ESTEEM

I'm generally/usually really confident with myself.
I know I don't have the best face, best body, etc. but I've learned to love myself for who I am.
I always tell myself that I'm not ugly, overweight, etc. because I KNOW I'm not.
But these days, I'm starting to feel myeslf being slowly stripped of my self esteem by other people.
I've been getting snide "fat" remarks from people lately. I'm not model skinny but I'm CERTAINLY not overweight or anything. If you need to know, I'm 5 feet and 115 pounds. I have a pretty healthy lifestyle, too.
I'm starting to get really sick of hearing things like "you're so fat, JUST KIDDING(when they're obviously not because they say it often)", "_____ wants to pick you up and see how heavy you are", etc. or when they pinch my fat or something. I hate how OTHER people think I'm fat when IIII don't think I am. The funny thing is, I get this from my asian friends(not all of them but like 3-4 of them) and not my white ones. They don't KNOW they're hurting my feelings because they say them in small ways, if you know what I mean. For example, they add "jk" which I guess makes them think it's all okay. I'm just really getting sick of this. Does anyone else experience this? I've tried ignoring but now it's definitely starting to take a toll on my confidence. I have no idea what to do anymore and I'm starting to get annoyed.
And I'm really sad because....
My situation is a very minor case.
There was a girl walking in front of me in the halls and a total stranger just called out "ew, a fat cheerleader".
If you look in the "Hurtful things people have said to you" topic, a lot of the replies talked about some harsh things. People are just so mean sometimes....

one of my closest GUY friend told me to "lay off the doughnuts" after not having seen me for about 5 months. i was perfectly fine with my body too, but it played on my self esteem becus:
#1. its coming from a guy and he's very honest
#2. he hadnt seen me in awhile so he could notice a few changes..
he said he was "sorry" but i made sure he fully understood how screwed up it was telling other peole stuff like that.

messed up. ):
if you're happy with yourself then good for you.
but if they're making your self esteem go down, then be like "eat more? anorexic ***" or be like "f- you *****, i'll sit on your face then see whos laughing"
i'd do that. (:
blegh thats kinda immature too though.. eghhh

i mean, if you're honestly "a little chubby" or "this" or "that".
there are always ways to make yourself feel more confident.

i think it's cus they're so used to seeing me as skinny and in fit,
a little bit of weight is noticeable, it hurts my feelings too =( ...
anyways, like someone above stated, tell them you don't find it funny, even if it IS a joke.

I really hate that. If they don't mean any offense, why mention it in the first place? Ajskdjfhaksjd.

ppl always tell me how "skinny" i am but i (seriously, i wouldn't say that to flatter myself) am AT LEAST 10 pounds overweight
i feel like they're (mostly friends) trying to sabotage me in trying to lose the extra weight
yeah a lot of ppl make comments like that not in the derogatory sense but just playfully, so try to just ignore them lol it's hard but yeah haha

but whatever you know. i'm confident with myself now. that's other people's fault for being so critical and weatherproofing. i'll either ignore them or thank them sarcastically for pointing that out since i "obviously" didn't know it myself. just try to be comfortable in your own skin. if they annoy you, then tell them. if not then ignore them or just let those remarks slide by playfully agreeing with them and they'd drop it neutrally & you won't get any negative feelings - i read that in a book. apparantly it helps. don't let it get you down!
