A Healthy Diet? One meal a day

Lunch: a lot of fruit
Dinner: regular Korean meal
Is this an okay eating habit? My parents have been telling me to lose weight, supposedly 130ish lbs for 5'7-5'8 is overweight. Anyway, I don't have time to work out, so I've just been cutting down on what I eat. Also, I don't eat after 5:00. I'm going for 115 lbs within 2 weeks.
Is this an okay diet? I've been talking to my friends, and they all eat like this, one decent meal a day with some healthy snacks. But I have been getting some headaches, so I've been wondering if this is healthy? I have tried three little meals a day that's recommended, but that just makes me feel really full.

Then for lunch i think that's ok.
For dinner maybe eat the korean meal but with less rice or something.

130 for your height isn't necessarily over weight. What is wrong with the world?

Yeah, breakfast should actually be your fullest meal, you're supposed to have a satisfying breakfast not just coffee. But remember satisfying also means healthy. This sounds like a bad diet to me you're supposed to have 3 decent sized healthy meals a day not 1 big meal, this way you can actually slow down your metabolism which will be bad in the long run.
AND 130 FOR YOUR HEIGHT IS NOT OVERWEIGHT! It's actually healthy weight for you... seriously what is wrong with the world.
I just can't get over the fact that your parents would say you're over weight at a healthy weight. I'd understand if it was your peers but not parents.

cuz if you don't eat for a longer period of time, you'll end up eating more at your next meal. So if you eat a small heealthy snack in between, you won't be so hungry , which means you'll eat less! XD
and yeah, eat more breakfast! Btw, like the posters above said, 130 lbs for your height is not fat! ><

. . . . . why cant I love you in slow motion, take my time ..?

And if you don't eat breakfast you tend to get even more hungry throughout the day than you normally would.

why dont you just eat 3 small meals a day to keep your metabolism going. what i mean by this is like a salad with chicken, yogurt and one fruit, veggies and salmon. i think the reason why you're so full on eating 3 meals a day is because each time you eat more than whats necessary. Everytime you eat, only eat until you're satisfied and then stop. drink lots of water, and cut down on fatty foods, get enough sleep. Exercising is an important factor in losing weight, i recommend just putting out 30 minutes of your day to do some cardio.

Also rather than ommiting foods you like, you should try replacing them. Try 100 calorie packs instead of a candy bar, multi-grain/wheat bread instead of white, etc. Hope that helps.

& eat your breakfast. breakfast is the MOST IMPORTANT meal in the day. if u have to skip a meal, skip dinner.

I'd eat a full breakfast, some fruit for lunch, and a light dinner before 6PM. No food afterwards, no matter what.
