od-right eye
os - left eye

cynlinder and axis means you have Astigmatism meaning you have a football shape eyes rather then round.. meaning you cant see clear from the side cause its football shape...

um -4.5 to -5 is pretty bad you can get lasik
myopia see nearby objects clearly but distant objects appear blurred

^what smilecusiluvu told u is right......except youi should NOT go for lasik, unless you are REALLY blind, mebbe around a -8.00D to -10.00D....lasik surgery effects will only last abt 10 yrs before your vision worsens...so id stick to glasses for now if i were you.

you have pretty high cyl in your left eye...if either eye gets any worse, you might be better off with toric contacts if u use contact lenses...because you aren't likely to get very clear vision with spherical ones if you have high astig.
