The Hondas are the cheapest and will get you the best miles per gallon. For a beginning driver, I think those are the best.
Did a quick search and found this consumer reports article...

does not look good for the saab 9-3..
Least reliable
Vehicles listed in scoring order, starting with the worst score.
SMALL CARS: Chevrolet Cobalt, Nissan Sentra (2006), Volkswagen Jetta (5-cyl.), Chevrolet Aveo.
FAMILY CARS: Volkswagen Passat (4-cyl.)*
UPSCALE/LARGE CARS: Jaguar X-Type, Chrysler 300 (V8), Saab 9-3

I dunno.. Should I just not go for a saab anymore? ^^ My choices would probably be a saab, cr-v, & the tsx.. I just thought that before it made it on the news on a OLD saab making it alive the furthest with just a few oil changes through the way? o.o I'm not gonna try and get a civic, because my sister already has one herself.

I'd choose a Saab over the other three, because I love German made/Euro cars.
Out of the other three, I'd choose a TSX.
Civics are...boring.
