my family had a dinner party, and there i ate one piece of rib, salad, and pototatoes!
im usually really good at picking wut to eat at these kinds of things cuz i get stomache aches easily.
the next morning, (yesterday) i felt like i was going to throw up.
i thought i was hungry so i had some oatmeal. i didnt feel ANY better, i felt worse! i was like uhmm wtf?
i went out yesterday with my friends, and we usually play guitar hero and eat chips and stuff,
but i skipped the chips cuz i felt so sick! instead, my friends mom thought i was refusing the chips cuz i was on a diet (im not)
and like force fed me a puffed wheat square.
i came home early, i felt INCREDIBLY sick.
my body was shaking, and i cudnt keep it in anymore, i went to the bathroom and i threw up +_+
i HATE PUKING. ITS PROBABLY THE ONLY THING I HATE IN THIS WORLD.
this was around 5:00pm. my mom was worried so she made me jook. (u know u boil rice and water together)
she made me eat a little bowl, i still felt sick. all night i was running up and down to the bathroom.
now TODAY..
i feel really weak, and my stomache is like UGH. am i hungry? or am i still sick?
my mom had leftover ribs just now, and smelling that made me feel like i was going to throw up,
but nothing came up!
i'm going to see my sister who is in university today (1 hour 30min drive)
i dun want to be weak when i see her. wut do you suggest me eating/doing to get my energy up?
