I wanted to reccomend a site to those who are trying to lose weight/losing weight. It's called Diet Television (Diet TV) and it's a wonderful site. If I were to compare it, it'd be like Myspace for dieters. You create an account and you basically have your own diet journal. To actually use it, you punch it your current weight, the weight you want to be and as the days go by, you update and the site keeps track of how much you've lost.
You can also keep track of all the bad things you've ate. They have exercise and diet plans as well, but you don't have to choose what they have to offer.
It's a vague description, but you really have to experience it for yourself! It's wonderful.
