Cant Convert Flv With Super. HELP

everytime i attempt to theres always an error.
heres what it says.... So can anybody help me? Which codec am i suppose to DL?


I did check direct show decode but it still didnt work and it had an error... Can anybody recommend another FLV converter?
i want to convert Flash videos that i download from Youtube and Veoh.

i just installed SUPER and honestly idk how to use it. you can try WinFF. it's a lot simpler.

Sorry I'm no help but I use Free FLV COnverter. Works really well for me but it only converts FLV to avi and vice versa.
