I was wondering if anyone knows how to do this ponytail?
It's really cute and classy but I have no idea how I can tie it like that.

I just noticed that I posted on the health and fitness. Can someone move this to the beauty and fashion topic?

you pull your hair back in a regular ponytail
but you leave a section of hair (like, over your ear)
out of the ponytail
then after you make your ponytail, take that section
and wrap it around the hair tie and bobby pin it in place

thats how i do mine, hope it helps

Just tie your hair into a ponytail and take a strand of hair, wrap it around the rubber brand, and stick the end back into the rubber band (or use a bobby pin).

i leave a section of hair out from under the ponytail, not the side (near the ear).
you basically put your hair in that half ponytail-half down thing, but put a lot more hair in the ponytail part. then, twist the hair left under the ponytail around the ponytail and secure with a small clip or bobby pin.

@_@ I find it doesnt matter whether you leave the strand out or not, and it's easier for me not because then you cant see where the strand is being pulled in from, but yeah, basicall you take that strand (not too thick) and wrap it around the tie of the ponytail all the way and then bobby-pin it underneath. When you pin it @_@ think of having one 'half' of the bobby pin near the center of the ponytail, or at least getting the tie too, and the other outside of it all so it holds that strand. ; It sounds a bit confusing when I try to explain more clearly, I guess. It really is simple though.
