Does anyone know how to lose fat in your butt? Is it even possible? O___O And the fat in our thighs?

But I assume squats and lunges work muscles...there. And as others mentioned, cardio to do the overall thing.

Lose weight overall and you'll be losing weight on your butt & thighs.

i think any type of exercise, especially in the lower portion of our bodies, would help =) just gotta stick to it though...
