my brother has all these gross pimples
and he could be a better looking guy without them
does anyone know anything that might help

dunno if this will help much 
, but tell him (when he cleanses his face) to barely touch it. like move his hands lightly around his face for like 5-10 sec... then let the cleanser sit for another 10-15 secs, then wash off gently. he can be getting pimples from irritation 
, so try to irritate the face less. also tell him to drink alot of water, especially in the morning before he eats anything to flush out all the toxins. another thing would be to get enough sleep. if its really bad then i suggest he visit acne.org. i havnt tried the thing suggested on the site but alot of people say it works very well. hope that helped a little ^^
