can any one help me
now im still diet and for 3 months have lost 5 kg
but my stomach didnt get flat huhu can any one help me???
how can get flat abs???
the other that next august i will move into china many people said if
u move the other country like china you will gain weight
so what the solution for that?
im afraid of that n also afraid in there i didnt have time to get fitness
I forget to said

Im 18 years old this year
and my weight now
51.8kg
height is 161cm
i want and hope to be 46kg

i want to get flat stomach and slim also~~~
have solution???
my daily plan eat like this

brekfast--->bread and tea
lunch---->3spoon of rice and tofu+vegetable+fruit
at 14.00 i go to fitnes
and dinner at 7pm same as lunch

Pilates seems to be good. And I also recommend you eat SOME meat.. maybe a slice of lean non-fat white chicken or something to keep up your metabolism. Also... no fruit for breakfast? o.O

Also just do a lot of crunches and cardio, you don't lose ten pounds in a day, just wait and chill out.

wew so in the morning cannot eat fruit???
mm meat i also eat but nit eat many hehee
because my mother always fried that
and i cannot eat fried food~~~and also cannot eat milk hehehe

i think that all you needa do is just tone up your mid area. All you needa is do sit ups and crunches....thats really helpful too.

It's better if you eat less carb. Try cardio or yoga ^^;
I'm currently semi hiatus at the moment due to school.
