Lately every time I turn on the computer a black screen would appear saying that the computer was unexpectedly shut down or something about the power was turned off unexpectedly. So either chose start window normally, start window with the last configuration that worked, and etc. I when chose either one of those option the computer would turn off and turn on again with the same black screen. It goes on for like hours and if I'm lucky my window will actually start and load so I can use it. I always shut down my PC normally. So I don't get why this happen. What should I do? Please help me! I really appreciated it.

Hey
Well lets see..
Randomly starts means you have a problem. Something in your computer is failing.
Most likely whats happening is once you start, it loads a driver and it crashes the computer. That crash leads to a blue screen of death where it auto-restarts. Windows will see the auto restart and prompt you about what to do.
If you can start it, I want you to install speedfan http://www.almico.com/sfdownload.php (yes install it too) then go to the SMART tab, select your drive and screen shot that.
To see if we can read the blue screen of death, go to Right Click My Computer > Properties > Advanced Tab
Click Startup And recovery button at the bottom, uncheck "Automatically Restart"
That should help give an idea of whats wrong.
If it just doesn't start after that, you may wnat to get a XP disk and do a XP Repair install so it wont destroy your files.

A screen shot like this

And its of this tab... basically you want to look at the bottom 2 bars. They should be full bars... even a bit low is okay but its not so good.
Also, in the text above... well those are drive statistics and I don't think too many people understand that BUT just look for red circles rather than green OK
Its good to look at that to see how your hard drive is doing in terms of "health" if you see a bunch of red, its a very bad sign.

O_o
it really shouldn't have made a difference in how it restarts
What its supposed to do is just show you the error message rather than just continuously restart... unless you changed something else in the options.
The other one, speedfan was supposed to get a relative idea of how your hard drive is doing. In terms of wear. Lower the bars the worse condition the drive is in. I was hoping you would show a screen shot of that and so we would have a better idea of whats going on.
Do you have a XP disk? I want you to do a XP repair install. It should get it out of that loop. Repair install has a very low chance of causing issues with your data http://www.michaelstevenstech.com/XPrepairinstall.htm

No I didn't change any other option. It just doesn't start anymore. As for the speedfan thingie it's in really good condition. The bars were full and no red circles. Only green one I think. I don't have an XP disk. Is there a way I can get it at the store or something?

Thats so mind boggling... there shouldn't be any issues with that... seriously that just adjusts how it recovers. Im thinking it normally restarts automatically and now it doesn't automatically restart so it doesn't restart and recover for you.
As for that disk, its not something that is legally distributed.
If you can, borrow a disk from a friend and try to install it using the key on your computer.
