Picked up a TE stick on Friday. Long story short I'll have to learn the controls all over again.
Sanwa buttons are definitely sensitive but other than that the thing is built like a tank.

This is the most epic fight I've ever seen in my life. I wish I could've been there but I was at a stupid wedding. T_T; Man..... Daigo makes phenomenal comebacks.

Been playing a lot of SFIV as of late. I see a few Soompiers up there in the high tiers. Kudos to you all. I'm slowly making my way up there.

I just got this game yesterday. I'm in the process of unlocking the characters and now have Akuma. Question: How do u do his super and ultra combos? I've inputted LP LP --> LK HP but can never do it. I have no problems doing the regular character's super or ultra, but can't do Akuma's.

fighting games are meant to have shet talking

and justin was going against freakin daigo - yea it was best of 4 out of 7 rounds but if im right from reading on srk - its usually a best of 2 out of 3 games with 2 round format

and im sure justin wouldnt had used rufus if he was going against daigos ryu i mean he did beat iyo who is the japanese natl champ and poonkyo - KOREAAA best player lol

but yea justin acts like a big pinkberry though really annoyin

Whoops, yeah, sorry, just push them in quick succession.

Just sit in training mode with inputs on, and infinite ultra/super and work on it until you get it down. It only takes a few mins.

The mechanics behind it requires you to enter those commands in order. You gotta do it fairly quickly... however it's not too tough to get the hang of... Be advised that as you play you're going to realize that it's not all that practical to use the ultra/super "naked"... Naked meaning using the super/ultra without setting up for it first.

Most people do it after having landed a charged Focus Attack causing the opponent to crumple.

Fundamentally, one of the strategies to using Akuma's Super or Ultra is to use it as a tick throw. I find this to be the most practical and most annoying way to use it...

Getting cross-overed into a tick throw is annoying enough...
Getting cross-overed into Akuma's ultra is (potentially) a round ender...

I made it to G2-E in Championship mode. I'm thoroughly enjoying the competition.

anyone fully cleared hard combo trials yet? i'm about 80% done with all the combos, but I don't think i could ever finish some of the harder characters like c. viper and gen.
