I have to get up so early in the morning for school to put my face up and do my business and eat my breakfast. I try to lsiten to soothing, classical music (which actually worked for a while), goign to sleep earlier and earlier, I don't sleep with any lgihts on what so ever and am in complete darkness...help!!

Is there anything thing I can do to help get to sleep faster?

i guess you often stress during bedtime on 2 of the following: now falling asleep or over sleeping. well first of all, you have to relax, and i mean REALLY relax your face muscles, especially the ones around your eyes (forehead, cheeks and the ones where your eyebrows are.) once you can loosen those up, your body will naturally loosen up. also, try not to think of anything. usually thinking's the thing that kills your mood. this might help also help a bit. drink 1/4 of a glass of water, go to the bathroom and make sure your body's waste free and then go to bed. that way, you will remain hydrated and at the same time do not need to go to the bathroom; hence relieving more stress off your body. =] try those lah. hopefully they'll work ^^

I agree what takashi said. Seems like you're really stressing a lot due your schook work and stuff! Try to relax a bit. You could take a long bath before you go to sleep. I think that will work, because of the hot water. You can also drink hot milk before you sleep. A lot of people do that, I'm not sure it that helps. You can try it though! x]

if you read, you gotta read a boring book. if you like the book you read, it stimulates your mind and keeps you more awake.
have u tried a glass of warm milk?
there are also certain vitamin supplements you can take to help ease you to sleep.
personally i tend to drink chamomile tea when i need to calm down and relax

My guess is that you either have alot on your mind, or thinking about whats going to happen with tomorrow, and such, right?

I think before you go to sleep, try take a bath with something that has a lavender smell (Go to Bath & Body Works for it) and .. relax a bit by reading a book or just stare at the ceiling. Oh, be sure to have ALL of the the lights turned off, meaning that when you put your hands in front of your face, you can't see it at all. (yeah, that dark XD!)
I'm currently semi hiatus at the moment due to school.
*still pm me please, although it might take awhile to reply!

I could give you few list.

1. Keep listening to soothing music (even though you have tried), but listen to like waterfall nature music like ocean waves and birds chirping.
2. Exercise for like an hour before sleep (you will feel so tired)
3. Don't drink caffeine or junk foods before sleep
4. If something is in your mind too much, try and write a story about it for fun until you get really bored and tired.
5. Dance!!! Until you feel very exhausted.

try reading a book before you go sleep. it'll make your eyes get tired and you'll eventually fall asleep. if that doesn't work, lay down in your bed and make yourself comfortable. then, relax yourself and try not to move your body as much. if you haven't fallen asleep yet, count your breaths as you breathe and count as high as you can =D orr, before you go to sleep, eat a banana. there's a vitamin in bananas that's supposed to help you sleep better. i think it was magnesium? i'm not sure though -__-'' anywhooo, i hope that helps.
