well, it did happen to me a couple times, but it was after working out. In my case it was dehydration, so maybe it could be the same? I tend to overwork alot, so sometimes things do go crazy and i get dizzy, but don't know about the queasiness.

it was probably lack of dehydration.
there was this time when i was feeling dizzy
&` i noticed it was because i wasn't drinking
enough water so i started drinking a lot of fluids
&` i felt a lot better, it helps a lot.
hm, or maybe it's because you haven't been
eating a lot? sometimes when people don't eat
at all, they feel dizzy.
hoped that helped;]

It's been happening a lot to me lately because
I'm really dehydrated and always have a headache
I got a checkup and they said I'm anemic x__x
So my advice is just to drink lots and get TONS of
rest.. don't worry anyone that cares for ya :]
filled with ..books? ㅠ.ㅠ

i felt like i was about to faint, i mean my eye vision was so blurry, i could bearly walk straight and felt like throwing up >< not a good feeling at all ... it happend like right after i ran alot but i just sat & put down my heads for a couple of minutes and drank some fluids. You should feel better later, and it could also be that your not getting enough food in your system because when that happend to me, i skipped both breakfast and last night's dinner. Not very smart of me x____x so yeah hope you feel better ^^ but if you don't then you should tell your parents or something, see if they know what to do for you

i went to yrbook camp and for some reason i was dizzy during the night when i was sleeping
but i thought nothing of it and kept sleeping
then i woke up like in the morning all dizzy (like my world was ACTUALLY spinning with me)
it was so bad that i couldnt go to my classes and i couldnt stand up
all i could do was sit on the floor crouched over a trashcan in case i wanted to throw up
it lasted for a day and went away
then it came back right before i left yrbook camp
and driving home made it worse
then after that, i was dizzy for like a month before it COMPLETELY went away
dizzy as in.. if i turned my head, my world would spin a bit
or sometimes it got so bad that when i lied down to sleep, i would close my eyes, but i would still feel like i was spinning
YEA, i never knew what was completely wrong with me
but some ppl said maybe it was a lack of sleep (since i only slept like 4-5 hrs at yrbook camp, damn layouts)
some ppl said it was low blood sugar, but when i drank juices or something, it would only help a little, if any at all
i dont know, gradually it went away. hopefully yours will too
i think you should just get a lot of sleep and drink water like everyone said.
hope u feel better, i was really scared when this happened to me too LOL i thought i had a brain tumor or something
MAN this was a long response

i forgot to say that i even went to the doctors
they prescribed medicine, but it didnt really help. i wasnt AS dizzy but it made my head feel like it was 10x heavier.

You're probably dehydrated. Or moving too quickly.

Firstly, try to drink more water (did you drink today? the weather's been hot recently) and then if you can, go see a doctor to confirm low blood pressure/ anemia. It's not life-threatening, but it would be better to know. They'd probably prescribe some vitamins. (I take Folic Acid and some Vitamin B Complex, amongst otehr things)
Do you get headaches a lot? Migraines?
I hope this isn't the start of a trend for you, do get better soon.

I didn't. Anyway, I've been going thru the same thing. But I'm fine now :)
And yeah, maybe low blood pressure?
