Yeah I think I'm the only one who takes like a few secs to respond on MSN. Every other person I msg takes at least a few minutes, and some take hours or don't respond at all. To add to the confusion, some people respond when their status is away and don't respond when their status is online. I don't get it...I mean what could they possibly be doing on the computer to take so long to respond, I usually respond right away and then continue with my other stuff but some people seem to want to finish watching their 20-minute youtube video or something before responding. Sigh =_=;

Yes, I HATE that. I respond about 1 sec after someone msg's me. But most of the time it's because they are doing HW next to their computers and have their sound off.
