anyway.. so after i finished watching "To Grow with Love" starring Myolie and Andy, I've been thinking. Myolie gained so much weight for the show yet in the end she ended up losing all that weight. O.O i mean her legs were like big O.O now its like a stick. I mean does anyone know how she does it? How can she lose the weight off her thighs so easily? I mean what leg exercises allow her to not gain big muscles? LOL just wondering. x]]

I love Myolie! I heard she just exercised daily and ate right to lose all that weight. I'm a big fan of hers, she's so funny in all of the series with her in it, especially in 'Ye man nai nai' starring Bosco! OMFG, he is SO HOT!

Back on topic, HK is obsessed with being skinny. When I went there, I rarely saw any fat people, except for the occasional fat or chubby ones you see on the streets.

the reason she was able to lose the weight first of all is that it was not her real weight, she gain the weight fast therefore it was easier to lose weight like when ppl lose weight fast they gain it back, plus a lot of exercise and a good diet

omg!! myolie! i love her! and i also watched that series!! lol she does it by going to slimming companies and then the complanies help slim her down with machines and stuff, so us normal people cant afford going to slimming companies caz they expensive!! ><! at least for me XD
