i keep baking chicken quarter in the oven and it always turns out bad
i put it once for 375 for 1hour 30 mins and it turned out with still a little pink inside so i didnt for a total of 2hours 20 mins to get it crispyish.
i put it another time for 350 same thing happened but this time i used a glass pan and put aluminum foil around the boarders
please help? how do you no its ready?!?!? besides using a food thermometer cuz i dont have one >< thank you!

i think better than baking in the oven would be...
first drizzling a small amount of oil on a pan, adding the chicken (salt + pepper as well) & grilling it for about 3 minutes on each side...then stick in the oven at a higher temperature...its better to cook chicken in 400+ degrees ...& if you want to know whether the chicken is ready or not, stick a knife in it & if too much juice comes out, its not ready
