So, I dont have ridiculously bad skin complextion. As a sophomore highschool student, I get a few pimples here and there. So one of my friends mom always mention acne whenever Im there && its seriously starting to piss me off. Her daugher (were somewhat friends..not too much) has better complextion than me, but her moms paranoid that shed end up getting a lot of acne or something.
Today was Valentines Day and I guess her mom normally doesnt let her eat chocolates since according to her, it causes breakouts/acne or whatever. Again, this topic deals with acne and shes always talking about this kind of stuff when IM THERE. Geez.. Honestly, mines not even that severe. I just get occasional breakouts like typical teens.
Another time, I overheard my friends mom that I have turtle-like skin to my mom. She also told my mom that she blends vegetable juice for her daughter in the mornings to prevent her from getting pimples. She told my mom that she should do it for me, too.
Its not as if I dont care about my complextion. I actually care A LOT about my skin. Im use Pro-active, green tea, and masks (weekly) to make my occasional pimples go away and to prevent getting more.
Ugh. Did anybody else ever experience this before?
