Brownies as a meal?
Fried rice! Or make little side dishes you can eat your rice with. I pack my lunch to work so I make it the night before and put it in the fridge. Here's the recipe for omurice. The link is below the recipe title. I took the liberty of copy pasting everything for you. You can always take out some stuff or add other stuff. Be creative.
Omurice ( Omelette Rice )
http://mykoreankitch...t-rice-omurice/

Ingredients (2 servings)
*1/2 (50 g) carrot
*1/2 (80 g) onion
*1/3 (40 g) red capsicum
*80 g smoked ham
*100 g crab stick
*3 tbsp tomato sauce
*1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
*4 eggs
*A pinch of salt
*2 cups steamed rice
*Some rice bran oil
*Some tomato sauce
-Stir frying rice (You will need a wok)

- Dice carrot, onion, red capsicums, ham and crab stick.
- Mix the tomato sauce (3 tbsp) and worcestershire sauce in a bowl.
- Pre heat the wok on high heat for 10 seconds and add some oil.
- Add all diced ingredients and saute for 1 minute.
- Reduce the heat to half.
- Add the steamed rice and the mixed sauce. Mix them well for 30 seconds.
- Stop the heat.
- Beat two eggs in a bowl and add a pinch of salt.
- Heat a frying pan and add some oil. Pour the egg in the frying pan.
- Quickly spread the egg and make a thin, large, and round omelet.
- Repeat step 1 to 4 for the rest of the eggs.

-Shaping (You will need two deep bowls and two plates)
- When the omelets are made, place them in deep bowls.
- Put the stir fried rice on top of each omelet.
- Put the plate on top of the bowls. Turn them up side down and remove the bowl.
- Make a cross cut on top of the omelets and add some tomato sauce on top.
- Enjoy!

That 'Omurice' (cute name, haha) looks really good! Thanks for the recipe, I saved it. It probably would take me a lot longer than 15 minutes though... lol - incompetent in the kitchen here

Get some bowtie pasta, and boil it till its cooked. Rinse with cold water and add Italian dressing to it.
I think its really good, but apparently a lot of people don't like it.
Very simple. =]

Well if you bring a thermos than the pasta won't be cold D=! Yea I know, they're in a very inconvenient shape though, all round and stuff but the Asian lunch boxes don't work =.=".
Chop up some shallots, brown some ground meat (I prefer pork), add shallots and salt! Add tomato paste, then some stock. I usually put in macaronis with it but if you're in a hurry, I'm going to assume you have leftover rice in the fridge. And if you don't, make some! And remember the rice will soak up the soup so add the ratios accordingly.
Dumplings are good cause when you have free time you can make a whole batch of them and then freeze them.
Fried rice with spam, very classic.
