How To Loose Weight On Ur Legs. so annoying

well i realised ive been gaining weight
but not on my upper body
yeh its going to the lower part of my body
meaning my legs/thighs :\
its getting fatttter ! ><
mhm .. can anyone tell me,
what exercise should i do to loose some fat ><
cos yeh, i dont wear shorts bcos of them ><
& also i think im getting stretch marks cos of them D:
><" ; my friends reckons its blood marks or something
buttt .. pleaaseee

im having a similar problem. well not really but eh.
my calves are so fat T-T
i hate them T_____T its lyk. not in proportion to the rest of my body rofl.

Lose weight in general.
Since you said you gain weight on your legs.
You can go jog slowly over a period of long time (30mins to 1 hr)
Don't speed, cause you'll gain muscles.
And stretch a lot.

Ha. I have a similar problem with my thighs. Don't you just hate that? Well, i try jumping rope like crazy. There are many jump rope exercises and you can see if they help. Good luck. If you need the work out site, just message me and i will send it to you. It's one of those "jump rope for ten minutes and burn 130 calories". Luck

Jogging and Running always helps
but what I've been doing lately
Was taking a large ball..
putting it against the wall
and lean on the ball and go up and down
kinda of like squats ^^
My legs have been looking a little slimmer
and I've been feeling a lot of strength in my legs.

Long distance running helps... and jump roping makes ur calves bigger... builds more msucle there lol

you can't spot reduce but instead you could try losing weight all over.
do some cardiovascular exercises to get your heart beating and you will eventually see some improvements.

i have a similar problem. you see i gained some weight lately and it all went to my thighs and i don't my thighs to be rubbing against each other (sorry for the gross description) especially when i'm wearing skinny jeans cause you can see how big your thighs are. i heard about lying on your side and just lifting your legs...dunno if it's affective...if you find a way message me! :]
