I'm in FBLA! xD
But the club just started this year in my school (pity, wished it started earlier so I can do it in my freshmen + sophmore year too), so we haven't done much.
The only thing we did was a bake sale to try to raise money for the treasury, don't think that went too well LOL. And now we're doing this donation thingy for carepacks.

We finally got our membership cards too.
I always pictured them as plastic cards. Didn't know they were paper like business cards lol ph34r.gif

I was in FBLA all four years of highschool but I wasn't really active until late sophmore/junior year.
Last year in my senior year, I placed 5th in Marketing during section and was able to go to State. The road trip to NorCal was pretty fun.

Strangely enough, my school (UCI) doesn't have an FBLA chapter. So weird. We have this crappy club called "Undergraduate Business Association"
current...
.book readings for: hk society, hk social policy, social geography, globalization & information society....... fun times.
.tv shows gossip girl; how i met your mother; the office; grey's anatomy; 30 rock
.music kings of leon; late night alumni; the hush sound; slumdog millionaire soundtrack

I was president for two years when I was in high school ... had a lot of fun ... every year we had students qualify for nationals! I totally miss the trips, fundraisers, and conferences. The funny part is that I'm majoring in biology and only have a minor in business happy.gif

FBLA...i hate my chapter because our adviser is such a DUMB@$$...he wasted money...and when we had fundraisers...he would only reimburse himself and refused to reimburse the club members...i would have enjoyed the club more if we actually had a good adviser...i wasted alot of time and money for that club organization...><...

fun club organization tho....^^

I was in FBLA soph/jr years. I quit b/c the officers were worse at management than non-business club officers. They charged people 200 dollars for going to state while math club charged less than a quarter.
