She didn't eat much, and I think she got skinny. Like, maybe not like extreme anorexia, but she did lose some weight.

i met her in junior high.. her story was really sad.
it wasn't about trying to be skinny because everyone else is or w/e it was more deep than that.
she told me about her parents and how they were alcoholics and didn't care about her.
so she starved herself and turned really skinny in order to get their attention and concern.
she's much better now since she doesn't live with her parents.

LOL!! How ironic, skinny girl being a good cook?
You know what Emeril says "Never trust a skinny cook"!
Anyway, most anorexic girls deny that they're anorexic and try to hide it. They may eat in front of others, but they eat nothing or low-calorie, non-fattening foods when alone.

Yeah, that's true. I have a friend who was on a verge of being skinny, she was petite, and thought she was fat, so wanted to lose weight. But that's over ^^; It was last year.. so probably 13/14 years old?
*still pm me please, although it might take awhile to reply!

exactly. you're going to end up with 100% of your respondents reporting "yes" because there isn't an option for voting "NO". your results are going to be severely skewed.
i would vote 'no' if there was an option to do so.

People think I am anorexic because I am so skinny. I don't care as long as I know I am not and my family know I am not. I eat then go to sleep right away there is no time I have time to throw up. I want to gain weight, but my metabolism is so high. My best friend and I are so alike we so skinny and fill with lots of energy. We eat constantly and get hungry within 1 or 2 hours.

a bulimic girl at the age of 17 (or 16) -- i'm not positive
i wasn't friends with her but i knew her and of her.
and personally i think she was anorexic on top of that 'cause she was so skinny that u could like see her rib bones yet she didn't consider herself extremely thin. x.x

I voted for the 16 one. And yes, I have friends who have eating disorder because they feel conscious with their body and they are sensitive people.
