Grow it out, and don't dye it. And use deep conditioning. Maybe hot-oil treatment? That worked for a friend of mine. But lay off the chemical dyes that fried it in the first place. smile.gif

'Cuz I love the way you say "Good Morning."
And you take me the way I am.

Ooh. Just a couple days ago, I started using Garnier Fructis' leave-in conditioner.
You just put a quarter-sized amount of it in damp or dry hair.
Since you don't wash it out like regular conditioner, it keeps the hair feeling really soft and sleek.
I had the same problem as you 'cause I've bleached parts of my hair and dyed it all over twice this year. xD

deep conditioning is the way to go - and while you're out during the day, shiseido has this product where it provides SPF to your hair. heres the quick amazon link: http://www.amazon.com/Shiseido-Refreshing-...l/dp/B0007XY70O

for deep conditioners, i recommend aussie deeeeeeeeeeep 3 minute miracle :]

if its REALLY bad. then shaving would prolly be ur last resort. cuz i remember watching ANTM and they had to shave one of the girl's head cuz her hair was SOO damage. >_<

other than that, u could get those conditioners where u leave em in for 5-10 mintues? 30 if u want X_-x

Same here, my hair got ruined cause of colouring my hair too much it turned rough.
If I were you, I would waited it out til the hair grows longer really long til you get the hair you want later to cut smile.gif

That's what I did. :]
