im not a golf person but i think it justs relaxes you... im not sure. My math teacher plays golf a lot >.< and he keeps on saying how relaxing it is; but your probably going to do lots of walking around the nice green land(?) unless if you take the golf car thing.

golf can make you lose weight depending on how much you do...but as a golf player myself, you tend to build A LOTTTT of leg muscles...my golf teacher has calves that look like boxes literally since he's been playing since he was young

I guess you can since you're walking a lot and sometimes on hot days.

Ive been playing golf for 4 years; mostly on driving range. Id say its not the best way to lose weight.
Perhaps you could get toned bicep + broad shoulder.
I would rent cart when im out in the field, ya im lazy azz, so i didnt lose much weight there either. Overall, golf doesnt help much.

its not gonna make you lose weight dramatically, just maybe a few digits over a long period of time. you'd also gain more muscle on your arms and legs.

it will, but not quickly. it all depends on how much you play and how often you practice. and if its for school, walking 18 holes for a tournament with that heavy bag on your back, will give you a good sweat. i think you gain more endurance rather than losing weight. it will be a good workout for your whole body, esp your legs, arms, and the core muscles.

if you never go to one hole to another by using the small car thing, i'm sure you will, that's a lot of walk
