i havent got accepted into any univeristies yet, because of late application

but i plan to major in criminology and minor in psychology.

I've been pretty busy lately and completely forgot about this topic.

Anyways,
is it normal to be still unsure of your future career during highschool?
Although I wanted to go to Northwestern and major in broadcasting journalism, I recently realized that I would like to be a piano and a journalism major at USC. I guess I would like to devote more of my life into music as I've been playing piano for 9 years or so..

I'm a recently graduated senior and i'm planning or at least heading into majoring in Law... I don't know if it's cut out for me but it seems like it's the top of all my choices right now... I want to do music, but it's a little difficult around here

Hmm... and regarding your question... It's normal to be unsure right now since i have been until i entered college. But journalism has always been what you think you want to do right? Majoring in music is just what you recently discovered MAYBE you want to major in so perhaps i could suggest you stick to journalism unless you're really really really really sure that you want to devote your entire life to music more?

Don't rush yourself though, you're still in high school and got plenty of time I admire your devotion to piano for nine years

Sophomore year for me right now but ever since freshman year I kinda knew what I wanted to major in when I entered University.

Which was to get my MBA. I wanted to become a CA at first but not anymore, probably something in marketing.
Everyone's pressuring me into majoring in medical, but I can't handle biology ><..or science in general.

But then this year, it all changed. Now I'm stuck between business (or commerce or management), PR/Communcations, fashion communications at Ryerson OR journalism.

I'll probably end up somewhere in business because I doubt I can put together an outstanding portfolio for fashion communications or journalism.

My dream school would probably be McGill's, because its in Montreal but tuition and all the extra fees are killer :X. As for American schools, I have absolutely no idea. Of course, an Ivy League would be nice, but I can keep dreaming

I'm probably going to be applying to Western, UoT, Queen's, and McMasters when the time comes, maybe shoot for one or two schools in America while I'm at it.

and i plan on majoring in Music Business.

I want to go to Belmont University to major in that field...
but if not, then I want to go to Loyola university for international business.
but recently I'm also thinking about Northwestern because their accapella group called THUNK
is amazing and I want to be part of that! hahah

i'd really like to go to Cornell University (CU) and major in Pediatrics. i choose to be a pediatrician because i really love children and i want to do something that helps the community.

either COSMETOLOGY or VISUAL DESIGN.

i'm already doing visual design exploratory and i absolutely love it.
i can't take cosmetology until junior year so i'm going to take it that year.
and then i'm going to compare which one i enjoy most so i can take it senior year!

i really want to go to Yale but i'm not smart enough and it's definitely not related to the stuff i want to take.
so i really want to go to NYU.

it's not bad to already plan what you want to do and where you want to go, right?

I'm a senior in high school and I plan on majoring in Chemistry <3, and then a Master's in Forensic Science. <-- and that's where my career is going to go.
I don't care much about my undergrad school as long as it's either UC Davis or CSULA for the Master's program.

Ahh same here.
Before, I was like, man I'm for sure going to be a journalist. But I dunno, different experiences and thoughts changed that.

I'm actually not too sure about majors myself, I just know the general areas I want to get into..or what NOT to get into
its normal for people our age to be unsure of where to go...I had friends that applied as undeclared to places lols..
um..but it sounds like you kind of had an idea

I have a friend that is actually really similar to you, she really loves music, I would call her talented and passionate
but she's afraid of the risks of being a musician ._. she plays piano and the flute, she wants to get into premed too
and um, imo she has the stats skills abilities to be accepted into both areas at uni's...she told me she would probably
do the..premed, she would rather have a stable life and do music as a side job or hobby but..i don't know, that's just my friend xD

My sister suggest me to go to a community college for two years, and then transfer into a University that I want.

As for majors, I have alot. But what I aim for right now is to become a English teacher in Asia or either be a chef or a doctor. ;]
