For me, I am now leaning towards Elementary Education with a dual major
in English Language & Literature. I think I work well with kids especially
1st graders. I don't know..I always clicked when it came to kids that were
around 6-12 years old. But I hear that Elementary teachers aren't in demand..is that true?
I thought that it would be easier to find work because you can't ever really
run out of teachers. I know the salary kind of sucks but I am seriously not in
it for the money. It's just something I can see myself doing for the rest of my life
and not go insane/bored. Just because teaching always has something new in store.
Different students, different needs, new challenges, plus the difference of making
a change in one's life.
WOW, i was planning on doing the same thing! except leaning towards middle school and up.
and i do plan on living alone when i have a career set, so the salary is pretty decent.
I'm also planning on applying to a culinary school, (as it was my first choice), and if my parents are able to handle the tuition fees, I plan on attending one.
so basically, I want to attend culinary school and become a chef or maybe just major in education and become a teacher if my original plan doesn't work out.
