If yes, what do you guys do?
Let's share all the good stuff here.
I go to school full time and usually, I wouldn't work, but I'm in a certain situation where i need to.
Since I have classes until the evening, there's no choice but to get a job during the night time. However, the only night jobs i can think of is working at a cafe, or some bartending job (which i don't have a problem doing by the way). Any suggestions?
Has anyone ever been in this situation? How tiring is it?

I know there is some people they work like 20+ hours a week and study full time and still manage to get As....(I wonder if they have bf or gf
But I need money though ahhh
so yeah think the best idea is to save during summer! cause with a night job I dont think I could get high mark as I do now...

and worked PT, but those were back in the days of university.
There were times where I was wondering how I was gonna manage having good marks plus a good work life, and many times I would break down and cry cuz it was too much for me. I finally quit my PT job in my last year of uni, cuz I couldn't take it anymore haha.
Now, after university, it's just FT work.

My weekday job is a tech. assistant at a lab, it's something like the library, but specifically tailored to meet the needs of students taking a foreign language class, as well as teachers. And my weekend job is at a bath and body works, working as a sale associate.
What do you do in the morning?? Maybe getting a p/t job in the morning is better.

Basically, some part of your life is going to suffer. You either
1) go to school, work, and study as much as you did when you didn't have a job to get those high grades---> no free time for yourself---> cranky mood
or
2) go to school, work, study less than you should, have a bit of free time for yourself ---> get marks you're not satisfied with---> stress.
Atleast, thats the case with me. People handle this differently, and some people just work 10 hrs a week or can study at work, but generally it is hard.

If you can, look for a job on-campus. Most of them are very lenient with hours and if you have to miss a day or something they're fine with it.
I work 8 hrs/week. I did more last semester but this semester, i need to really focus on my studies.

i'm taking 17 credits again this semester so a lot of my time is spent away from my dorm. i work in the daytime (i wish i could work at night but doi, the office doesn't open at night) and i have classes in the daytime too. i want to get a second job to work over weekends because currently, i do nothing on weekends except study and watch movies. lol.
but yeah. people can manage it. i think it's a good experience for college students. it teaches you how to manage time and definitely is good for future reference too. like if you're going out to get a job, employers note how you had a job during college and all that jazz.

i actually think hybrid and online courses give you more work and is so much harder to get good grades from my experience.
i've worked ever since i was out of highschool and i regret it because i shouldve focused on studying.
do what im doing, pack ur classes in on two days or four. get a weekend job. all day friday/saturday/sunday will still get you $$
if ur going to complain that ur social life will be in jeopardy, then your struggles aren't a biggy.

I'd work on campus, but i think I'll feel a lot more comfortable working somewhere in my neighborhood instead. I'm probably gonna go job hunting tomorrow. cafe's only for now, since they open till late. I'm actually really excited for a job, since I've never had one- I've always wanted to experience it

still studying full-time but cutting down availability for work to only the weekends.
i was earning like, $350/week. now it's going to be about $100-$150 i'm guessing.
