NO PAIN NO GAIN. You can't just expect results from sitting on your butt and drinking a miracle juice.

Cardio is the way to go. Run, walk, swim, hike, bike, climb. You can diet, but I don't suggest only dieting because you have to be really consistent and deprive yourself. Mix mild exercise and mild dieting if you need to.

And if you cannot do these activities for long... if you keep doing them your body will adjust and become stronger. NO EXCUSES, get out there and do it! smile.gif

endurance running + elliptical + healthy diet
basically, it's lots of leg-related cardio and a balanced diet that wont starve yourself.
get enough GOOD fats and calories in
give yourself a couple months to several months

Yes, results don't come overnight. Be patient. Some people track their progress with personal logs and pictures of themselves.

any type of cardio except sprinting should help you lose fat without gaining any muscle on your thighs.

the best way to slim thighs is working at the ballet barre, yoga, and/or pilates. they all really help to tighten and trim down areas (you should do some cardio too to help burn fat though).

Basically any excercise that involves your legs is beneficial.
You could also try putting a basketball or something between your legs and squeezing it.
This builds up the muscle there and burns more calories
so its easier to lose fat from those areas smile.gif
