Whereas Sungmin from SJ lost some weight, like 15pounds (average) between 1st album + 2nd album, but the difference isn't so spellbinding that you can really tell without numbers.

Jo Jung Rin wasn't necessarily "fat" but she was chubby, now she's lost a lot of weight... = [

I don't have time to post pictures...I might when I go home later. I'm getting ready for school.^^
Super Junior's Ryeowook lost a lot of weight before he debuted. Shndong, tho still chubby, lost a lot of weight between the Miracle and U days. Sungmin was also kinda chubby before. SNSD's Tiffany lost weight before she debuted(thus the surgery rumors blabla), hmmm and TVXQ's Yunho and JJ had a period when they were both chubby(predebut). LOL.
