Lack Of Sleep Led To... dark circles & cankersore? :/

Also, when I don't get enough sleep I tend to get ssang-ga-ppul (double eyelids) instead of the whole normal dark circle thing that everyone around me tend to get. However, because of school (stupid AP class + other classes), coming home at 8:30~9 sometimes, hw, and ..a lot of personal issues, I haven't been getting enough sleep. I get around 3 1/2 ~ 5 hours of sleep every night on a school night...and now I've looked in the mirror when I was washing my face and I got really shocked at how prominent my dark circles are. This hasn't really happened to me before.
So besides getting more sleep (I already know this is the best solution and since sleep is basically my best friend that I haven't seen in years, I do try to get as much as I can whenever possible), are there other suggestions/recommendations people have for me to get rid of the cankersore and reduce the appearance of or even rid myself completely of dark circles (since I naturally/originally DON'T have dark circles permanently)?

Canker sores, though, I might be able to help, a little =] I get canker sores a lot, partly from my genes =[ but eat less fried/baked food and more fresh food. Hmm drink more liquids... and mouthwashes help, both healing and preventing.
And if you or your parents can make soup, drink some "hua qi shen" (花旗参) soup- I think it's "American ginseng"? It can be pretty bitter, but it really helps and it's healthy anyway~

Other ppl. would be sleeping at 10PM. I have dark-circles under my eyes and i get a sore throat. I also feel my face is swollen up and it's red.
Is anyone else like this? ALso, my fingers and my feet get really cold. Also, i think my double eyelids are gone!!
I used to have deep double eyelids but these days they are gone! anyone know how to get them bak?

whoa i live in NY too (: anyway, yes..a lot of my friends sleep at 10 too, but i don't. well actually a lot of my friends sleep late too because of our stupid schedules and hw. but anyway, your lack of sleep might be giving you that sore throat. i remember that happened to me once.
try sleeping more, but...if that doesn't help, maybe you should see the doctor because that whole sore throat, face being swollen up and red, and fingers + feet being cold thing never really happened to me.

and now i got another stupid canker sore along with this canker sore i just got that became all white and red around the white circle...that sort of spread. not the bubble thing.. i seriously am not in good condition.....i want to sleep right now. stupid dbq essay %@$AFEFAlkj.

I'm exactly like you, and it's not just little sleep if i sleep really late i get those ulcers >.< if it's anoying u can try bonjela or something, and as someone suggested, less fried, chilli, greasy food. Because of my late nights i do have dark eyes ._. not sure how to cure those, but i do know there isn't a quick solution T.T unless make up xD but i know i've had a deep sleep when one of my eyes have lost it's sang ga pul cos i've had my eye closed for so long the lines lost cos of the grease produced from the skin, lol
BUT sleeping too much is not good for you, i remember doing 12 hr sleep shifts consecutively and i had a pretty bad headache >.< and yeh i lost one of my sangagpul but got it back after actually being awake -.-

I need help on this too! I mean, people have been telling me that I have terrible eyebags AND eye rings, and I really want to get more rest but I can't because of school! If you have one day you don't have to wake up early (for me it's Sundays), SLEEP IN. Even if it means until noontime or whatever. It's necessary to recharge you for the week!
I don't get canker sores (which I found out were ulcers) but sometimes, I get these REALLY BAD HEADACHES
For canker sores/ulcers, I suggest you drink more water and eat less fried food. There is this gel that my sister applies on her ulcers, and apparently it works well. I'm not too sure about it because I don't too big a problem with this.

sleep around 11-ish, wake up at 4, play tennis for 2 hours, go to school, stay at school until 6 cause of dance.
adn that is my schedule for a regular school day. :|
about the canker sores - my friends and teachers tell me that there's a special toothpaste that gets rid of them and makes them not hurt and stuff.
so yea i dunno the name of it, so maybe google it?

at one point i had 7-8 of them and i had to go to the doctors to get it treated.
