I tried to search the internet. The closest I get it the rice paper in Vietnam. It is quite close actually, but many of them just recommend you to buy in the Asian market. And btw, Chee Cheung Fun is more like flat noodles made from slicing the sheets of rice paper. But I haven't seen any articles regarding this on Vietnamese cooking. Any masters here?

chee cheong fun is pretty hard to make imo..usually my mother will buy it back from the market..

isn't this it? seems like what they serve at dim sum, so i assume it's what you want. for the Viets, there's "banh uot" which is either the plain sheets or shrimp sheets eaten with soy sauce. this is the most close to what the chinese eat. and then there's "banh cuon" which has pork rolled inside, eaten with fish sauce, along with beansprouts, herbs, cha, and banh tom.
we tried making the sheets at home; it's not the same consistency. so yeah, we just leave it to the pros
