I think there are certain foods/methods that can make you sleep better like drinking warm milk before you sleep but, I'm not to sure about that lol. Also, don't drink any caffeine before you sleep, obviously lol.

The latest i would go to sleep on a school night is 3am
Anyway.. how to deal?
Yes, i "make up" for it on the weekend. And i try to eat healthier..
My roommate told me to drink milk one night.. After that, i went out for a walk..
It sure helped.
It's completely unhealthy though.
Make sure you eat your meals and drink a lot of water on a daily basis!!

but this actually helps me sleep 90% of the time (it's a bit weird)
while you close your eyes about to sleep make a image in your eyelids and just keep staring at the picture or make it move, w/e
sounds weird and you probably might not understand.. but it works for me..
i usually make a image of me skateboarding on a half pipe
don't start counting sheeps or start thinking of stuff... you won't fall asleep..

If you can't sleep walk out of the bedroom, into another room and do some exercise, such as running on the spot, to produce a lot of sweat, and to relief stress. Then followed by a 20min period of meditation, or some form of deep relaxation. Only when you feel tired and sleepy do you come back to your bedroom, and sleep. This procedure aim to make the bedroom environment more conductive to relaxation and sleep. Also no eating, reading, working, and watching television in your bedroom as it is associated with arousal states.
This combination of exercise programs and cognitive-behavior therapy a cost effective technique and shows positive results in alleviating symptoms in the long term.
Don't be dependent on drugs. Pharmacological therapy such as the use of drugs containing benzodiazepines can result in mental and memory loss. Remember limit" smoking, alcohol, and caffeine intake.
Good luck! Sleep well.
I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU WERE THE FASTEST SPERM!!!
