Two reasons: 1. Amazing professor - probably the best professor I've had at college. 2. Really really interesting subject. Before taking this course, I knew basically nothing about the cultural revolution. And I took this course thinking that it would be boring - i was totally wrong.

POLITICS OF AFRICA.
before... I HAD NO CLUE ABOUT AFRICA WHATSOEVER.
yah, it was colonized. that's it.
now i want to work there!
maybe do volunteer work there too.
im an international studies/politics major,
and africa has sooo much politics.
i believe this is one of those, 'dang, this is hella right.' feelings.
thanks for the great topic.
take care.
good luck with school.

ASIAN AMERICAN STUDIES- The Social Psychology Perspective of Asian Americans
A lot of things were answered for me regarding traditions/cultures and understanding my parents' way of doing things.
I'm more understanding of the way i perceive things as well. It just put all my thoughts together and cleared everything up.
And made me feel more proud to be an Asian American than how i already felt.

that class was SOOOO easy...i pretty much never read, did my homework and presentation and got an A
i would study, but only for essay questions, and like somewhat bomb the multiple choice..C..D...it would average out...lol
and my teacher was really funny and relates to his students really well, and even though i was like 30min late for class everyday
wow that was the best class ever Lol, and i would be like the only person participating in class and stuff because it was like 7am lol~
that cultural revolution class seems really interesting
i wish my school had that..or maybe it does, maybe if its available in the summer i'll try it
i've learned about the cultural revolution before but i wouldn't mind learning it again ^^~

But that class was a requirement and I had taken something similar in high school so I would go and sit online until the teacher was done explaining then I would go for a speed run and see how fast I could complete it. I know odd... but after that I have not had a single class I looked forward to going to.

microbio lecture was blaaaaah, but i loved the lab. now that i look back, ochem 1 was SUPER EASY and it would have been one of my fave classes if i took it more seriously then.-.- anywho, ochem 3 later became one of my faves because i was one of the few who aced that class, so i felt pretty cool myself too.
to answer the original question: psychology 101 has got to be my favorite college course with pre-calc and calc 1 close in behind. again, credits to the profs.
