Hey guys~ I'm really confused about this whole mess of sending my sat scores. College board sent an email saying that i had until march 10 to select the places i wanted to send my scores to, or else i had to pay for them. The thing is, i'm a junior so as a junior am i supposed to send my scores in yet? I'm not applying until next semester.. do they just hold the sat report until i send in my application?

Did you fill out the part about the schools you wanted to send your scores to? If not, that's probably what the e-mail is about. So just fill out what college/universities you want to send your score. I hope that helped

i used to be VERY confused about this

basically, it doesn't matter if you send it now.. unless you don't plan on taking the SATs again because everytime you send scores, it will send the previous ones.

let's say you took the SATs 3 times total, once in may, june, then january

if you DON'T send them in may and june, but you DO in january, all the previous ones (may, jun, AND january) will get sent to the colleges and there is nothing you can do about this. yeah it made me sad too haha

yea you prob dont need to send them now because even if you send them out later, all your collegeboard scores are sent to them
some schools require that they receive the scores directly from collegeboard so watch out for that.
