are you fat?- if so change your diet.
have bangs? -if so clip it up/get it away from your face.
about to have your period in 1-2 weeks? -if so then your body is reacting [hormones]so its normal.
been washing your pillow case ?-pillow cases collect a lot of oil over time so wash it.every week.
resting on /touching your face?-don't.
hope this helps.

Also, make sure you're drinking lots of water and you have a good diet. Also, make sure you are getting plenty of sleep.
If you're a teenager, breakouts are normal, because everyone goes through that.

I see the problem...
EXFOLIATING SCRUB!!!
When you exfoliate these little beads / dead skin will end up in your pores and it will irritate your skin can causes breakout. Exfoliate should only be done when your skin is dry, it should not be done while acne is still developing. I hope you use a cleanser after you exfoliate and close the pores with a toner...
Don't use exfoliating scrubs, it will cause breakout.
Breakout will last for 3-4 days..so don't worry...in the mean time don't touch it but use a cleanser...clean and clear product are too acidic and will cause your skin to break out as well...so avoid those. There will be scars left behind...but i highly recommend you going to buy some clearasil cleanser + toner.
In the mean time..to slow the bacterial from multpying apply cold water on your skin...

Don't use harsh scrubs on your skin.
It irritates your skin and makes you break out more.
Use a gentle cleanser and see if it helps. :]

I think you should go buy birth control.
I have the problem like you for like 1 year. I've been going to dermatologists and stuff, but it never works.
I just bought the birth control to regulate my period (since it's not regular like yours) and it's working really well for me

Even if you are skinny, it doesn't mean that you're eating the GOOD foods with balanced nutrients. Like others said, stay away from fried foods: cut out the chips, the candies, and the sodas. Eat fruits, vegetables, and drink lots of water. For carbs make sure it's foods that have good dietary fibers (brown rice, multi-grain breads) and don't forget to maintain some protein in your diet--i.e., white meat, fish, etc.
2. Reevaluate your skin regimen
Are the products you're using suitable for your skin type? Just because you're breaking out, it does not automatically mean that you have oily skin. Break-outs are the result of irritated skin-- amongst teens, the most common cause of course, is hormonal changes dues to puberty. However, it is also possible that you are developing allergies to some environmental stress. Find out what skin type you are now: are you dry? oily? combination? normal? sensitive? (and just because you were oily before does not mean that you'll ALWAYS have oily skin... your skin condition will change from time to time and differ during various seasons. One way to determine what kind of skin you have is get piece of blotting paper right after you wake up in the morning, before you even wash your face, and blot your forehead, and your cheek. If you get a lot of oils on both areas, you have oily skin, you have barely any than you have dry skin, if you have oily on your forehead, but not so much on your cheek, then you have combination skin... pretty straightforward!
And also like someone mentioned before... if the breakout is really bad, sack the exfoliating scrub for now, the little microbeads in there are helpful for cleaning away dead skin cells but they are also a source of stimulation to your skin, and if you're prone to break outs right now, you want your skin to "calm down," not to be stimulated. Right now you need to keep your skin moisturized and your pores clean.... so after you wash your face, use toner, then moisturize.
Also, when I had really bad acne in high school, I would put on calamine lotion on the areas that were breaking out. This helped dry out the pimples... so it's a treatment for your pimples, but not a cure for your skin condition.

2. Change your pillow sheets weekly - bacteria, dead skin etc
3. Change your towel - bacteria
4. Only wash your face twice a day - so you have a nice balance
5. Use moisterizer after you wash your face - keeps it nice and healthy
6. Only use exfoliating once a week- dry skin leads to oily skin. your skin needs natural oil
7. Obviously do not touch your pimples - spread oils
8. Check your diet - And do something about it
9. High activity in your hormones - Normal for teenagers
10. Get prescribed cream from the doctors
Follow those 10 points and you'll be fine

Its probably hormones causing your acne, don't worry too much everyone goes through that stage (:
A lot of what you put into your body shows on the outside, so eat healthy, excercise regularly, cut down on sugar/junk food and drink a lot of water.

And do not touch it, it would be worser if you do.
Hmm, have you recently change something in your beauty products?
If so, I think there lays the problem.
