Could possibly be bulimia because there might be an underlying psychological condition that you purge foods that are "bad" for you...

You might want to see both a psychologist and a doctor, because it could either be an underlying psychological problem with food or a bodily problem with fats.

really?
that cant be it because i never eat vegetables.
im a really picky eater--and when it comes to food i like its usually greasy, oily, and flavorful foods.

this started a few months ago, went away then came back.
it started when i took a bite of pizza, which i eat everday at school.

Then it could be an underlying health condition.

But why are you asking us people out here in the internet world? tongue.gif Go see a doctor! Regardless of WHAT it is, it's a problem enough to regular life that you need to do something about it. sweatingbullets.gif

I agree go see a doctor you could have food intolerance which means the
foods you used to eat your body is now rejecting it..... same thing happened to me
I used to eat like you kinda......D but now I can't even drink regular milk I drink
lactaid or Soy but yeah definently go see a doctor and don't be shocked If they
tell you,you might have to change your diet plus in the long run those foods won't be good
for you and can cause alot of health problems I think its time you might need to live
a healthy life style......*think about it*

i agree with everyone else, definitely go see a doctor as soon as possible.
it doesn't sound normal that you puke every time you take a bite of food
it could be because your body just can't handle the types of foods you were eating before anymore
but of course i'm not a physician

to me it sounds like almost a good thing that this is happening.
not that it's a good thing that you're throwing up but
if you're always just eating unhealthy food like pizza and junk food
switching to sashimi and veggies doesn't sound like a bad idea

and even if you hate veggies, you'll probably grow to like them some day

i know, but i cant eat soo much good foods anymore.... which SUCKS.. ):
yeahh, i better go visit a doctor, but whenever i go visit a doctor, i get really paranoid and scared about results and stuff, so i never do go-last time i went was like many many years ago. its probably because i know im not healthy, and if the problems real serious...
but i know it'll be more serious if i dont get this checked out
thanks for the advice smile.gif

so you get really nauseous after you eat 'foody' foods?
it might be b/c you ate something that your digestive system rejects.. b/c i had something similar to this too.

all i could eat was soup b/c i got so nauseous and wanted to throw up after eating solid/chunky foods... and basically i went to the doctor and she said it's because i ate something bad for my type of digestive system so i had nausea for about a couple months.

honestly, it did suck and i felt sick all the time x__x but you should really go to the doctor.. i was scared at first too, i thought that this was something serious but it wasn't really.

u should talk about it to ur doctor or maybe ur body is responding back to u as in u should eat healthy instead of giving it all those junk foods ? >.< well i remember i would always throw up after i act food then i found out that if i eat half of wat i normally eat i wont puke so i started eating lesser meals but more times through out the day xD

you don't know the extent of your condition if you don't get it checked out
I mean, some people have tumors and don't know it until its too late right? can't judge things for the way it seems to be
visiting the doctor is much better than having the average soompier diagnose

You're body has built a defence (forgot scientific term) against the things you need. You need to see a doctor.

i visited the doctor. i have learned food aversion
seemed like my body built a defence system (antibodies) against anything relating to burgers/pizza related food because i guess a while bad i got food poisoning from it--because a few months ago, me and my friends went out to eat at a buffet and thats what i ate and got sick from, and my body will never be able to handle those foods anymore sad.gif

yeah i have to change my diet, its better for me... but....

My body rejects soda, instant noodles...all these unhealthy and fattening fast foods.
As much as I loved them before, now my body doesn't enjoy it and like it.

But isn't it good that you're staying away from the bad foods? Maybe find healthy delicious foods while at it^^

see a doctor, definitely. some people just have a stronger gag reflex than others. i thought mine was kinda strong because if i smell like... meat... that brings it on. but what you're describing sounds reeeeeeeeally extreme if it's limiting your diet to that extent. see a doctor!

You don't have to binge and purge to be Bulimic, "Binge and Purging" is an eating disorder on it's own.
to be completely honest, I think you are bulimic.
If you can't hold your food down and throw up everything you eat accept sushi or "healthy" food, then I think that is your subcontions (spelling?) telling you that you don't want to eat those foods.
Are you insecure about your weight at or? Do you think about your weight...?

or maybe you have a long long FOOD POISONING. Too many people, they throw up if they even take a bite of food haha, but they also get Diarrhea. You must only have the throw up version haha without complete exhaustion and diarrhea.

sounds like classical conditioning at its best tongue.gif
happened to me too. hate this pineapple bun with bbq pork in it (which i used to love)
it made me sick and nauseous. now just the smell of it makes me want to throw up so i havent eaten once since... its been like 6 years. =X

but maybe you can try behavior therapy to help you eat the foods you like (although your new diet is a lot healthier, but a life without any pizza or burgers EVER seems a bit extreme)
