So I have this huge tub of oatmeal and usually, I have no problem throwing stuff away, but It's a really big tub haha biggrin.gif

It's plain oatmeal and since I'm trying to eat better, do you guys have suggestion on different ways of preparing it? I used to eat it with tons of sugar and cinnamon (which is BAD!) and I tried apple pie spice and applesauce, but it's not so great.

Any suggestions?

I eat it with honey or maple syrup. you can even cook your oatmeal and stir in an egg.

when i'm trying to pack on the muscle, i put bacon and egg in it...but if you're just trying to lose weight, deal with the unpleasant flavor...or i think someone said honey before.

Mmmm, I love oatmeal! I usually use Quaker Weight Smart pre-flavored kind now, but I used to always use plain and put it slices almonds, sliced strawberries, and a packet of splenda. Yum... smile.gif

I recommend adding some frozen blueberries. They're rich with antioxidants and it's really good!

Jook is more rice-y tasting. xD My mom always cook it with chicken and pork.
