Somebody know how to get taller???
People say if you drinking milk milk everyday u will get taller, is it right???? mellow.gif

eating very healthy and well when your in puberty
staying active when your in puberty...

once your out of puberty
you pretty much out of luck

All the moms say sleeping early in elementary will make you grow taller..but i dont know.

Drinking doesn't make you taller. I tried drinking about 5 glasses of milk per day and all it did was make my stomach ache. I don't think there is really a way you can get taller, I think it's just all about genetics.

Just genetics and for the record milk doesn`t get you taller it builds stronger bones.

milk doesn't help -0-; but you get really strong bones~

i guess you could do yoga and jump rope, but don't trust me cuhs i've been too lazy to do it yet.... :T

be happy with your height. it's not something ucan change too much =/ esp . when u've past 12... =v= i should know. lmfao.
think of it as , u have more "choices"... coz most guys are taller than u now ;P

Avoid carbs, they block growth hormone
sleep at least 7 hours a night
take naps
growth hormone comes up in slow wave sleep (NREM)
learned this in my sleep class
calcium is obvious too

It's basically genetics .. and during puberty
When you get a growth spurt .. Other than that
You can't really do anything .. drinking milk only makes your bones stronger

i drank a lot of milk and i got taller.
eat a lot of chicken too.
my parents are short as well and i out grew them by MANY inches.

I don't think there's a remedy to get any taller. It's in the genetics, I think.

i think it's just genetics, milk won't help all that much because it just creates protein for your bones; which makes them stronger. But hey, you can still drink it, it could help a littleeee bit.
you can try stretching your legs often, do yoga, jump roping, and other activities that stretches your legs.
oh, and my mom always told me to never curl your legs in your sleep, always keep them straight. i'm guessing it's one of those "asian parents superstitions?

just like mintpanda said.. milk is more of a tool used to strengthen your bones! which is good!
genetics plays a huge role.. if you're born into a shorter family chances of you being 6' 2'' are slim
sleep lots and lots of sleep! it does help
along with the milk

drinking milk and jumping a lot every day helps me.i grew 1 cm from that one week.then i stopped.^^

of course im still at my puberty stage..so u gotta make use of the time..

genes isnt really the main,cos i've got friends who got super short parents and she is like 20 cm taller than them..170+ cm...her parents were like 150+..
