Skipping lunch is bad for you lol!
Breakfast is supposed to be the meal of the day where you eat A LOT
and you keep it low during lunch a bit.
I usually eat yogurts and granola bars since they're healthy but I don't
suppose it would go under the category 'delicious' for most people ^^;;
Sorry if I wasn't much help!

apples! apples are good for keeping you awake and i like the crisp-ness of them. but it's hard to keep them from turning brown when you cut them ahead of time.

^ if you sprinkle some lemon juice on the apple slices they won't turn brown.
It's bad to skip lunch! Eat something like a salad w/low calorie / low fat dressing, veggie slices (cucumber, carrots, celery) w/low fat ranch dip. It's probably fine to eat whatever you want as long as it's in moderate quantities.

salad with a splash of red wine vinegar or olive oil. [easy on the olive oil... it's good, but too much will push the calorie count real high]
a simple turkey sandwich is ok too. should be under 500 calories. [good sized meal]
