What Kind Of Food To Eat/snack On During The Day To Improve Your Looks?

Water is the most common one, but that's a LOT of water that we're required to drink to be healthy. So anything else? What do eat, and what does it help? Eyes, nose, skin, pimples, etc?

try eating bananas everyday...it helps if you have pimple problems...

apple, organe, grapefruit, kiwi, strawberries , blueberries
those are fruits i eat daily *V*

ALL the foods are good for something... depends on wat you really want to improve...
With all the media on foods, we cannot be sure that which fruit or vegetable or anything else does REALLY help on what ever they say.
If you want your skin to look healthy, some people will suggest you to eat tomatoes, or green tea with honey, or bananas, chicken( o-o ) ...
Plus, it depends what you mean by look. Face or body.
face : use products that fits your skin...(be careful on what you buy...)
body : just to exercices...

but apple can supposingly wake you up better than coffee.
