How To Use Protein Tablets? Esp those circle lens users. PLS HELP!

Im using BT01 black.

Just got B&L protein tablets. How do i use them?

1. Soak tablets into solutions/saline in the container.

2. After few hrs, take it out & rinse it with solutions/saline.

3. & wear per normal?

And live my life how it should be♥
