hello everyone!

i am a normal user of the computer and don't have a blog. i am curious though if a typical internet users like me have the benefits of
downloading IE 8. from the download site it says for web developers and designers.
does it have something to offer to people who is neither of the two?

need advice.

They say that because the only people who really need to review the latest version of IE at it's current state are "developers and designers". It doesn't mean the that IE 8 is ONLY for those individuals. It just means that the version is at it's early stages and developers and designers would benefit the most by starting to review it's features and starting to develop/design sites which will be IE 8 compatible. Ultimately, like all previous versions, IE 8 will be publicly available and targeted to everyone.
