Does Anyone Know How To Type Sjis Art Without Going Through The Soft Keyboard?

When I type Д, I have to press [0][0][7][5][3][F5] to get to the soft keyboard and then choose it... is there a faster way to do this with the Microsoft Japanese IME? If not, what software can I use for it?
