I need help for livejournal. please do some sreencap for me too
I was wondering how do I change my layout to something like this

and how to block the advertisment thing.
And how do I upload different ava/icon for different post.

FREE accounts have no ADs. plus accounts have ADs but you get like more upload space or something?

anyways, to get your layout like that, you have to know a certain amount of CSS (the stuff that changes the colors + text). here's a template:

livejournal has a new style system called S2 which lets you edit the sidebar and knick knack a lot easier, the rest of the layout is just changing colors in the stylesheet. i think the style they're using is called smooth sailing.
