I usually cut mines to about 40 seconds before I upload, but I'm not sure if you have to.
WARNING: Pleaseeeee make sure you have UNLIMITED WEB DATA. If not, you are paying .3 cents per KB and that's A LOT of money when calculated. Have fun!
