Ipod help please

how do i transfer videos/movies into my ipod? its in .asf, .avi, .mpg, .mvw and etc...

i dont know how to do it via itunes...

YOu cant use itunes to convert. Super or Videora are two good converters... There are others as well but I cant think of it atm

after you convert it to a compatible format such as m4v you can add it to iTunes normally like music
